Modular & Semi-Modular Operation Theatres

Turnkey OT solutions with advanced sterility and infection control systems

Complete Operation Theatre Solutions

Our modular operation theatre setups are designed for high sterility and efficiency. We construct turnkey OTs (including gynecology and other specialized OTs) using prefabricated panels and advanced airflow solutions.

Each theatre is built to meet exacting standards of sterility, temperature control and ergonomic workflow. By combining HEPA-filtered laminar airflow ceilings with hospital-grade HVAC and lighting systems, our OTs maintain optimal infection control and staff productivity.

We also handle all civil, electrical and biomedical equipment integration to deliver a fully functional OT space that meets NABH, ISO, and international healthcare standards.

Why Choose Modular OTs

Superior Sterility

Seamless, non-porous surfaces with HEPA-filtered laminar airflow for Class 100/1000 cleanroom standards.

Rapid Installation

Prefabricated modular construction reduces installation time by 50-60% compared to conventional OTs.

Customizable Design

Flexible layouts and configurations to meet specific surgical specialty requirements.

Our OT Installations

OT System Components

Laminar Airflow System

HEPA-filtered unidirectional airflow (Class 100/1000) with 20-25 air changes per hour.

HVAC System

Precise temperature (20-24°C) and humidity (40-60%) control with energy recovery.

Surgical Lights

Shadow-free LED surgical lights with adjustable intensity and color temperature.

Electrical System

Isolated power supply, UPS backup, and specialized OT sockets with grounding.

Control System

Touch screen control panel for lighting, HVAC, and medical gas management.

Alarm Systems

Pressure, temperature, humidity, and medical gas alarm systems with remote monitoring.

Laminar Airflow Technology

Unidirectional Airflow Process

1

Air Intake & Pre-Filtration

Outside air is drawn through pre-filters (G4/F5) removing large particles (>5μm) before entering the AHU.

2

Primary Filtration

Air passes through bag filters (F7/F9) removing particles down to 1μm with 85-95% efficiency.

3

HEPA Filtration

Final HEPA filtration (H13/H14) removes 99.97-99.995% of particles ≥0.3μm, achieving Class 100/1000 air.

4

Laminar Flow Distribution

Filtered air is distributed through perforated ceiling panels creating unidirectional downward airflow at 0.25-0.35 m/s.

5

Air Return & Exhaust

Contaminated air is exhausted through low-level returns maintaining positive pressure gradient.
